About the Role
Ergo Overseas, a member of Ergo Home Group established for over 25 years, works predominantly on high-end residential and hospitality projects worldwide, providing FF&E design and procurement services. It is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and organised Procurement Officer to join its team in Nicosia. Only qualified applicants will be contacted. Responsibilities
- Oversee supply chain operations and purchase of materials
- Plan and procure direct and indirect materials on time and cost-effectively
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
- Evaluate suppliers commercially and technically and identify savings
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Obtain timely approvals on purchase orders
Requirements
- At least 1 year of procurement and purchasing experience
- Degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics is an advantage
- Engineering background, mainly building services and interior fit-out
- AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
- Strong negotiation, analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to travel abroad
