    About the Role

    CareerFinders is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for an innovative technology company that enables digital transformation solutions for financial institutions in over 30 countries worldwide. The successful candidate will apply Quality Assurance standards to ensure product quality and reliability, as well as review and analyze business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents. This role requires a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with previous experience in a similar role. Experience with Katalon and Jira is an advantage, and fluency in English is essential. The company offers an attractive remuneration package, including a 13th Salary and Provident Fund.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply QA standards to ensure product quality and reliability
    • Review and analyse business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
    • Document test cases and create test plans
    • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
    • Ensure consistent test coverage across key functional and regression areas
    • Report bugs and errors using Jira
    • Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify and report bugs
    • Other related responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
    • Willingness to learn software QA methodologies, tools and processes
    • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Communication skills; ability to interact effectively with clients and project team members
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies
    • Strong written English skills, combined with good verbal communication
