CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, a leading Development & Construction company, is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of construction projects, and will be responsible for the measurement of quantities and preparation of quantity reports. The company is seeking applicants educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other closely related fields, who are members of ETEK. You will need to possess approximately 5+ years of experience in a similar position, and have proven experience in quantity measurement, cost estimation, and ensuring the timely and on-budget completion of projects.
