About the Role
Our client, a boutique provider of Corporate, Legal, Banking & Migration services, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their growing teams in either Limassol or the Famagusta region. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, responsible for understanding their needs and coordinating services with internal teams and external advisers. Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or client services, preferably within the corporate, fiduciary, legal or professional-services sector. Fluency in both Greek and English is essential, with additional languages being an advantage. The role offers an attractive remuneration package and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Understanding clients’ needs and coordinating services with internal teams and external advisers.
- Managing client onboarding, including KYC and due diligence requirements.
- Monitoring ongoing matters and ensuring clients receive timely updates.
- Developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring a high standard of service.
Requirements
- An academic background in a relevant field is desirable.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management, client services or a similar role, preferably within the corporate, fiduciary, legal or professional-services sector.
- Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters efficiently.
