This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy in all bookings, and driving revenue through optimisation, upselling, and cross-selling. The manager will lead a team, conduct audits to maintain high departmental standards, manage scheduling, develop training plans, and ensure the upkeep of tee and room availability. Additionally, they will address escalated matters and maintain active communication with guests, partners, and resort operations teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
