CareerFinders is seeking a Risk Officer for a newly licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, administering, and overseeing all risk management activities, aligning with goals set by the Board of Directors and the Risk Committee. This role involves continuous refinement of risk policies, acting as a liaison with stakeholders to develop and maintain risk frameworks across various domains including IT, financial, operational, and regulatory risks. The ideal candidate will also conduct risk assessments, monitor and report identified risks, and provide training to enhance risk awareness among employees. This is an onsite position, requiring a proactive individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a dynamic and growing fintech environment.
