About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding company providing Casino & Sports solutions, is seeking a Risk & Payments Agent for their team in Limassol. This role involves a variety of duties including processing new client account openings in line with KYC procedures, reviewing and updating existing accounts, and monitoring transactions for potential fraud. You will investigate and escalate suspicious activities, process customer deposits and withdrawals, and communicate with banks and payment providers. The position requires working on rotational 24/7 shifts. While prior experience in payments, risk, or operations is an advantage, it is not essential, making this a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to enter the industry. Responsibilities
- Process new client account openings in line with KYC and internal procedures.
- Review and update existing client accounts, ensuring documentation and information remain accurate and valid.
- Monitor customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud or unusual activity.
- Investigate, document, and escalate suspicious transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Review and process customer deposit and withdrawal requests.
- Communicate with banks and payment service providers when required.
- Use internal risk, fraud, and payment systems to help maintain healthy deposit conversion rates.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth client experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
- No prior experience required, although experience in payments, risk, or operations is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language (Written & Spoken)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Eligible to work freely in Cyprus (EU Passport holder or similar)
