About the Role
Our client, an established company operating in the property management sector, is looking to recruit a Sales Associate. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, present and negotiate rental options, assist with the booking process, and manage client contracts. The role involves building strong relationships with various agencies and meeting clients face-to-face to foster business partnerships. They will also welcome and assist walk-in clients, understanding their needs to present suitable rental options. This is a key role in their dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from initial contact through to booking via property rental platforms
- Present and negotiate suitable rental options to potential customers
- Assist customers throughout the booking process
- Manage client contracts and related administration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, real estate agencies, and relocation agencies
- Meet clients face-to-face to develop and strengthen business partnerships
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, understand their needs, and present suitable rental options
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
