About the Role
Cucina & Cucina, a member of Ergo Home Group, has led the Cyprus market in importing stylish contemporary kitchens, wardrobes, doors and accessories since 1996. Due to continuous expansion, it is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Executive for its Nicosia team. Ergo Home Group is a leading Cyprus group in the retail and contract market of imported fitted and loose furniture, with brands including Cucina & Cucina, Arclinea, B&B Italia, Maxalto, Living, Kartell and Ergo Energy. Responsibilities
- Meet incoming customers by appointment
- Design kitchens and suggest materials and finishes based on customer needs
- Prepare detailed quotations based on the agreed design
- Follow up offers and convert leads into sales
- Manage the sales process through the company CRM
- Provide excellent service during and after the sale and meet sales goals
Requirements
- Sales experience in the kitchen industry is an advantage
- Degree in Interior Design or AutoCAD/3D software knowledge is an advantage
- Construction, interior design or architectural experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
- Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills
