About the Role
On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable organisation specialising in interior furnishing, flooring, and decorative finishing solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager, based in Nicosia. The position offers a convenient working location in a central area of Latsia. The successful candidate will be a commercially driven professional whose values, mindset, and approach to customer excellence, quality, and partnership reflect those of our client. Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across retail business. The role involves leading the sales team in Nicosia, developing commercial strategy, strengthening relationships with architects and interior designers, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professional sales execution.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and customer demand to refine commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design will be considered an advantage.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role, in retail showroom. Past experience in Interior or construction materials will be considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Experience working with architects and designers, will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English both written and verbal.
- Professional presence, integrity, and customer-focused mindset.
