About the Role
Our client, an international leading manufacturing company with offices across Europe, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join their team in Limassol and Nicosia. They specialize in high-quality, handmade products such as home furniture, valuing quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be bright, dynamic, flexible, enthusiastic, love challenges, and be target-oriented, contributing to their growing presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Requirements
- Have previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry and willing to learn
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, internet, emails)
- Be fluent in Greek and English; preference given to candidates also fluent in Russian
- Be flexible to work retail hours including weekends
- Be flexible and willing to increase working hours during busy months
