About the Role
On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable organisation specialising in interior furnishing, flooring, and decorative finishing solutions, we are seeking to recruit Sales Representatives to support and strengthen their sales team in Limassol. We are looking for individuals whose mindset, professionalism, and customer-focused approach are closely aligned with the values and standards of our client. Role Overview The Sales Representatives will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and solutions through showroom and project sales activities. The role requires strong client engagement, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and converting opportunities into sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell interior furnishing, flooring, and decorative solutions to retail clients.
- Assist customers in identifying suitable products based on their needs, preferences and requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Stay informed about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Support showroom presentation and product displays where required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in retail sales will be considered an advantage
- Experience in interior products, flooring, or home solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Availability to work on Saturdays as part of the regular working schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English both written and verbal.
- 38 working hours per week, spread over six (6) days, with half-day schedules on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
