About the Role
CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, a highly regarded Law Firm with offices in Larnaca, is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate Lawyer to join their growing Regulatory and Employment team. The successful applicant will support clients with complex regulatory matters, including regulatory compliance, migration, and employment-related advisory work. This role requires technical legal expertise combined with client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment. Our client welcomes applicants from experienced Corporate or Litigation lawyers seeking to develop their skills in a new area of Law. Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on regulatory, employment, immigration and IP related matters
- Interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, policy guidance, and case law
- Monitor legislative and policy changes and advise clients
- Manage clients with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate complex legal issues clearly and professionally
- Liaise with government bodies on behalf of clients
- Work collaboratively with Partners and lawyers
- Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and professional development activities
Requirements
- LLB from a well-respected University
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic team player
- Prior experience in relevant regulatory/migration/employment legal role desirable but not essential
