About the Role
An expanding audit firm with offices in London and Nicosia is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their growing team in Nicosia, Cyprus. In this role, you will perform audit workings and tests in compliance with professional standards, supervise junior staff, and report audit progress directly to the Audit Manager. The position offers a structured path for professional development alongside flexible working arrangements and comprehensive ACCA study support.
Responsibilities
- Perform audit workings and tests in accordance with firm methodology and professional standards
- Identify and document audit issues
- Ensure decisions and instructions of management are strictly adhered to
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members
- Report to Audit Manager regarding status, progress, and completion of audits
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fully or partly qualified ACCA
- At least three years of audit experience
- Good knowledge of IFRS and ISAs
- Excellent command of Greek and English (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Caseware Software and preparation of financial statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CCH Audit Automation Software is an advantage
