The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for advising and assisting clients across a range of legal areas, including cross-border transactions, contract negotiation, M&A transactions, and Corporate Governance. Our client is seeking candidates with a law degree, full membership of the Cyprus Bar Association, and 3+ years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. Excellent drafting skills and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English are essential for this role. An attractive remuneration package, including a 13th salary and flexible working hours, is on offer.
