    About the Role

    We are partnering with a well-established company in the technology sector based in Nicosia and we are currently seeking a Senior Finance Systems Consultant to join their team. The purpose of the role is to manage and conduct successful implementation of financial management and ERP systems to clients, ensuring that all requirements and specifications, project scope and objectives are achieved, and all users are properly trained to use the solution effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects for ERP and financial software solutions, working closely with senior client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
    • Review and analyse client business processes in order to understand operational requirements and align system functionality with their needs.
    • Coordinate several implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring that objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly defined and achieved.
    • Work collaboratively with consulting colleagues to evaluate client needs, develop appropriate solutions, and support successful system delivery.
    • Gather and document business requirements and liaise with technical teams where system modifications or tailored functionality may be required.
    • Maintain continuous professional development through relevant training, qualifications, and industry certifications.

    Requirements

    • University degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An Information Technology degree will also be considered.
    • 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Advisory, Financial Analysis, or Business Consulting, preferably within a Big4 or similar professional services environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
    • Experience with ERP, Financial Management Systems, or other enterprise business applications is considered an advantage.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processes and recommend process improvements.
    • Experience with data analysis, reporting, Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar analytical tools will be considered an advantage.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
    • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
    • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
