    About the Role

    The Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company (CHC), the National Oil & Gas Company of Cyprus, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Senior 1, Industry Technical) reporting to the Technical Director. You will support project appraisal, development and execution activities as part of the established Technical Group, in a company growing fast with a diverse portfolio spanning the hydrocarbon maturation cycle and energy transition.\n\nRef: CHC-2026-6.     Responsibilities

    • Contribute to engineering deliverables, studies and cost estimates for assigned work packages
    • Support delivery and comment on Operators' technical deliverables
    • Provide engineering support from design through to offshore/onshore execution
    • Onsite representation of CHC onshore or offshore to ensure work scopes meet standards
    • Contribute to quality control/assurance policies and technical performance documents
    • Participate in risk management activities and budget expenditure for assigned packages

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline (civil, mechanical, chemical, mining, structural, electrical, marine, naval architecture or subsea engineering)
    • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Fluent in English, written and spoken
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure
