About the Role
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Cyprus-based software and AI development company delivering custom software solutions built to scale, is seeking to recruit a Senior QA AI Engineer to join their growing team in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions that enhance Quality Assurance processes. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and possesses a strong background in Software Quality Assurance and Testing alongside practical expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI technologies, and GitHub Copilot. Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions to support QA activities including test case generation and defect analysis
- Build and maintain AI assistants and agents that improve testing productivity
- Utilise Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search to deliver QA-focused solutions
- Integrate AI tools into QA workflows and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Evaluate, validate, and continuously improve AI-generated outputs
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams on AI-driven process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI technologies
- Experience with GitHub Copilot
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and CI/CD practices
- Proficiency in Python and API integration
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and RAG
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience testing across web and mobile platforms is an advantage
- Exposure to AI architecture or framework design decisions is a plus
