CareerFinders is representing a boutique advisory firm specializing in Electronic Money (EMI) and Payment Institutions, Investment Firms, Investment Funds, and Crypto-Asset Services Providers (CASP). They are seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate licensing procedures for new and existing clients across various jurisdictions, including CySEC, FSCA, DFSA, FSRA, FSA Seychelles, and FSC Mauritius. Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial or professional services, and strong knowledge of MiFID II, Investment Firms Law, and Regulation (IFR/IFD), along with international frameworks.
