About the Role
CareerFinders is seeking a Site Engineer for a market-leading engineering firm in Cyprus with expanding operations. The successful candidate will be based in Limassol and will coordinate façade installations, monitor project progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met. This role involves close collaboration with subcontractors, site teams, project managers, and suppliers. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably with a focus on façade projects. Experience with the FP PRO system is strongly preferred, along with sound knowledge of site coordination, quality control, and construction safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project schedules, track progress, and help resolve issues affecting site work.
- Oversee façade installations and coordinate with site teams and subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings, conduct site inspections, and maintain project documentation.
- Check that work meets project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries and communicate progress to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Work with the FP PRO system as required for project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, preferably on façade projects.
- Experience with the FP PRO system is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of site coordination, quality control, and construction safety.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
