    About the Role

    Our client, a leading and rapidly expanding property market company in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking a qualified Site Manager. This role involves overseeing daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed successfully within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to site engineers and foremen, manage project planning, and monitor construction activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed successfully within the required timeframe, budget, and quality standards
    • Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance to Site Engineers and Foremen
    • Develop and manage project planning and scheduling
    • Monitor and oversee construction and building activities on-site
    • Coordinate the procurement of necessary site materials and supervise deliveries
    • Manage multiple projects or jobs simultaneously
    • Monitor and control labour-related costs
    • Maintain accurate site documentation, including site diaries, timesheets, quality assurance records, and relevant reports
    • Provide technical guidance on-site and identify and resolve construction-related issues
    • Ensure that all applicable health and safety procedures, policies, and legislation are properly implemented
    • Prepare and monitor materials schedules and project budgets

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
    • Minimum 6 years of professional experience within the construction sector
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent organisational abilities and a structured, methodical approach to work
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to the organisation
    • Ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated approach
    • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
    • Fluency in both English and Greek
