CareerFinders, a project management service provider specialized in real estate, facilities management, and construction, is seeking a Site Technician to join their growing team in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client facilities in a safe, functional, and compliant condition. This role involves ensuring all maintenance and fit-out works adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and organizational policies, and proactively addressing safety concerns. An academic background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is preferred, along with at least three years of experience in facilities or property management. Fluency in Greek and B2 level English proficiency are essential for this position. The facilities under management are located in the Nicosia and Larnaca districts. An attractive remuneration package, including a company car allowance, will be offered based on skills and experience.
