About the Role

Our client is a global platform offering transparency and efficiency in port cost management. Backed by decades of maritime expertise, they focus on innovation, clarity, and delivering measurable value to customers. Our client is looking for a Mendix Developer to join their growing software development team. The role involves designing and building scalable low-code applications that support business operations, and is suitable for candidates with Mendix experience or a strong interest in low-code development.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro

Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements

Build domain models, microflows, pages, and integrations

Ensure application quality through testing and debugging

Support existing applications and resolve incidents

Participate and contribute to Agile ceremonies and team collaboration

Requirements

Mendix Rapid or Intermediate certification (or willingness to obtain)

Understanding of low‑code concepts and Mendix architecture

Experience with REST APIs and basic data modelling

Strong command of English (written and verbal)

Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and shipping operational processes
