About the Role
Sous Chef — Morning Shift (until 16:00) Giraffe Deli Brunch & Espresso in Strovolos, Nicosia is looking for a Sous Chef to join its kitchen team on the morning shift, with working hours until 16:00. This is a great opportunity for a motivated cook to take the next step in their career — no previous experience is required, and graduates of technical or hotel schools are welcome to apply. What you'll do: - Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. - Coordinate preparation and service during the brunch shift. - Ensure consistently high dish quality and full compliance with hygiene standards. - Monitor stock levels and manage raw materials.
