About the Role
Our client, part of an internationally recognized fashion brand, is seeking a Store Manager. This retail chain offers clothing, accessories, footwear, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the store team, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and overseeing inventory. This role offers an attractive salary package and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced international retail environment. The Store Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager, playing a key role in the store's operational success and team development.
Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store sales performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team
- Prepare and manage fair and efficient staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Oversee inventory and stock control processes
- Lead by example in all aspects of store operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- At least 5 years of overall retail industry experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- KPI-driven mindset with knowledge of retail metrics (UPT, conversion rate, average basket value)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English
