About the Role
Marina Stores, part of the Lalizas Group, is looking for a Store Manager in Limassol to lead both retail operations and wholesale growth. This position is also open to candidates relocating from Greece — accommodation in Cyprus is provided by the company. You will run the store day to day, lead and develop the team, grow wholesale accounts and key client relationships, and drive the branch towards its sales and financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of retail and wholesale activities
- Achieve and exceed branch sales and financial targets
- Develop strategies to grow wholesale accounts and expand the customer network
- Build and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key clients
- Lead, motivate and coordinate store staff — scheduling, performance, training and development
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation
- Monitor inventory, stock control and replenishment across retail and wholesale
- Prepare reports, analyse sales performance and propose action plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within retail
- Experience in wholesale or B2B sales is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and drive business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High sense of responsibility, consistency and attention to detail
- Very good English, written and spoken
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, reporting tools)
