About the Role
ENGINO is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, customer service and overall performance of its Limassol store (Kolonakiou area). ENGINO designs and manufactures award-winning educational construction systems that help children aged 4–15+ build 21st-century skills — computational and critical thinking and problem-solving — through creative construction, robotics programming and scientific experimentation. The company holds multiple patents and international awards, including the "Best Place to Work" certification. Package: €1,800 – €2,100 gross per month, 13th salary, plus performance and sales bonus. 6 days per week, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and store traffic through workshops, birthday parties, school visits, corporate events and product sales
- Identify market opportunities and approach schools, retailers and companies
- Explore locations for company-owned or franchised stores
- Run day-to-day operations: budgets, records, cash flow and POS
- Ensure health and safety compliance and manage stock replenishment
- Work hands-on in the store with customers and sales
- Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate staff
- Manage relationships with parents, schools and organisations and resolve complaints
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management, business development and team leadership
- Knowledge of KPIs, sales strategy, marketing planning and financial management
- Experience with POS and business software
- Excellent English and Greek
- Strong customer service and sales skills
