CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, a rapidly expanding provider of Mobility & Cloud applications, is seeking a Technical Customer Support Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Customer Support and be responsible for providing technical support to clients both over the phone and onsite, as well as delivering product training on the platforms. The role requires an individual with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and ideally some prior experience in a customer support capacity. Strong knowledge of the Android operating system is essential, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
