CareerFinders is seeking VIP Account Managers for a long-established iGaming company in Limassol. The role primarily involves building long-term, trusting relationships with customers. Responsibilities include providing fast and accurate service to loyal customers and overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers for retention. The client is looking for native Greek, English, and/or French speakers with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities. Experience handling VIP clients is considered an advantage. The position offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package, including an annual incentive bonus, optional medical insurance, and a pension scheme. This role operates on a rotational shift pattern of 4 days on, 2 days off, covering weekends and public holidays.
