CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, an expanding International Group of Companies with diverse product offerings including Online Gaming, Marketing, Information Technology & Translation services, is seeking a VIP Manager to join their team based in Limassol. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of high-value casino players across multiple brands, acting as the primary point of contact for VIP players, and driving portfolio growth through strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess proven experience managing VIP or high-value clients, ideally within iGaming or a similar high-touch environment, and demonstrate a strong commercial drive. Familiarity with CRM tools and VIP management is an advantage. This position operates on a rotating shift basis, including evenings, occasional weekends, and night shifts.
