    About the Role

    CareerFinders is seeking a Warehouse Officer for a well-established dairy products company in Cyprus. The successful candidate will support the efficient day-to-day operation of the company's warehouse and storage areas, working closely with various departments including Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, Sales, and Distribution. This role ensures the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the business. Applicants should have up to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related fields, and be fluent in both Greek and English. This hands-on operational position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, check, and record raw materials, packaging, goods, and other products
    • Organise, sort, store and label materials and products for stock management and identification
    • Prepare, pick, pack and deliver orders to Production or prepare goods for shipment
    • Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory system entries
    • Monitor stock levels and participate in stock counts/inventory checks
    • Report stock discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, or issues to supervisor
    • Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO and other company procedures)
    • Load and unload goods and materials as required
    • Move, arrange, and store materials and products safely and efficiently
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety and good organisation throughout the warehouse

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
    • Good organisational and time-management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with stock and documentation
    • Ability to follow established procedures (stock handling, storage, rotation, safety)
    • Good physical ability and willingness for a hands-on role
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious approach to work
    • Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
    • Fluent in Greek and English
