Frequently Asked Questions
How long do job postings stay active?
All job posts are active for 30 days from the date of posting. After expiry, you can renew any job for €15 (excl. VAT) for another 30 days.
How long are my credits valid?
All credit packs (Starter and Growth) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Buy now, post when you need to — credits never expire within the year.
How do Growth Pack credits work?
A Growth Pack is a one-time payment (not a subscription). Choose 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 credits — the more you buy, the lower the per-credit price. Each credit lets you post 1 job instantly with no extra payment at checkout. Track remaining credits and expiry on your employer dashboard.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth Pack?
Starter is 1 credit at €40 — ideal for a single hire. Growth Pack is a bulk discount: from €32/credit (5 pack) down to €16/credit (100 pack). All credits are valid 12 months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
Do jobs with salary get more applications?
Yes! Our data shows that jobs with visible salary information receive 30% more applications on average.
How does CV Bank access work?
Two plans: Monthly (€99 + VAT) gives 30 days of access to 1 talent category, or Annual (€299 + VAT) gives 12 months of access to 2 categories. In both, you can search and download candidate CVs filtered by location, and use AI Role Analysis to score and rank candidates against a custom role description.
How do candidates apply?
Candidates apply with a one-tap CV submission. Every application gets automatic AI CV scoring (0–100) against your role description, so you can review the strongest matches first.
