Kyprium.com acts solely as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and does not involve itself in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. We do not act as an employment agency and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the suitability of candidates.

All hiring decisions, employment terms, and contractual arrangements are made directly between employers and candidates. Kyprium takes no responsibility for the outcome of any employment relationship formed through the platform, nor for the content, accuracy, or legality of job postings.

Kyprium is an online jobs platform connecting employers and candidates in Cyprus. Our services include:

• •Job Posting & Applications — Employers can publish job listings and receive applications from candidates. Available through paid options: Starter (€40 for 1 credit), Growth Pack (5–100 credits from €160, valid 12 months), and Unlimited (€149 for 30 days of unlimited posts). All prices exclude 19% Cyprus VAT.
• •AI CV Scoring & Ranking — Our artificial intelligence evaluates and ranks candidate CVs based on relevance to the job description. Included with all paid plans.
• •AI Skills Assessment — Automated 5-question assessments generated for each job to evaluate candidate competency. Free with all plans.
• •AI Auto-Translation — Job postings are automatically translated into Greek and Russian to reach a wider audience in Cyprus.
• •CV Bank Access — Employers can purchase CV Bank access on a Monthly plan (€99 + VAT for 30 days of access to 1 talent category) or Annual plan (€299 + VAT for 12 months of access to 2 categories), including AI Role Analysis to score and rank candidates.
• •AI Interview Preparation — Candidates can practise for interviews with AI-generated tips and simulated interview sessions tailored to specific roles.
• •Salary Transparency Guide — Aggregated salary data to help candidates and employers understand market rates in Cyprus.

Kyprium does not guarantee that any employer will hire a candidate, or that any candidate will find employment through our platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and located in Cyprus or the European Union to use Kyprium. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

When using Kyprium, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV, job postings, company profile, and any other content you submit to the platform.
• •Not use the platform to distribute spam, misleading content, or any material that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• •Employers must ensure that all job postings represent genuine employment opportunities with accurate company details, job descriptions, and compensation information.
• •Complete AI Skills Assessments honestly and in your own words. Our platform monitors for integrity violations including copy-pasting, tab switching, and AI-generated answers. Dishonest behaviour may result in flagged or invalidated results.
• •Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's functionality, security, or infrastructure.

All payments on Kyprium are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards only. All prices displayed on the platform exclude 19% Cyprus VAT, which will be added at checkout.

• •Starter — €40 + VAT (one-time). 1 job credit, valid 12 months. Each posted job is active for 30 days.
• •Growth Pack — One-time purchase with tiered pricing: 5 credits €160 (€32 each), 10 credits €280 (€28), 20 credits €480 (€24), 50 credits €1,000 (€20), 100 credits €1,600 (€16). All credits + VAT and valid 12 months from purchase.
• •Unlimited Plan — €149 + VAT (one-time). Unlimited job postings for 30 days.
• •CV Bank Access — Monthly €99 + VAT (30 days, 1 category) or Annual €299 + VAT (12 months, 2 categories).
• •Job Renewal — €15 + VAT to extend an expired job posting for an additional 30 days.
• •Add-ons — Featured Listing €19 + VAT, VIP Listing €10 + VAT (7-day top placement), and Social Media Marketing bundles from €30 to €150 + VAT (Instagram / LinkedIn posts and 72-hour / 1-week campaigns).

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time, but no pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused portions of a plan. We retain billing records for 7 years in accordance with Cyprus tax regulations.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Kyprium, including CVs, job postings, company logos, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Kyprium a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating the platform and matching candidates with employers.

• •CV Bank profiles are stored for 1 year from the date of upload and are automatically and permanently deleted after that period.
• •Candidates may create up to 2 CV Bank profiles, toggle their visibility between public and hidden, or delete them at any time.
• •Company logos and descriptions are removed after 12 months of account inactivity.
• •AI-translated content (Greek and Russian translations) is generated automatically and provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision of machine translations.

Kyprium is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services.

• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Kyprium shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• •You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wedding Aliens Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
• •AI-powered features (including CV scoring, skills assessments, role analysis, and auto-translations) are advisory tools designed to assist decision-making. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as guarantees of accuracy or outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way. Suspended accounts may lose access to all data and services without refund. You may also choose to delete your own account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Kyprium offers AI-generated practice tests and exam preparation tools, including mock exams for government recruitment, professional services, CySEC certification, banking sector recruitment, and general aptitude. These tools are provided strictly for educational and self-study purposes.

• •All practice questions are generated by artificial intelligence and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from any official examination body, employer, government agency, or certification authority.
• •Practice content does not represent actual exam questions and should not be treated as a substitute for official study materials or professional advice.
• •Scores, feedback, and results from practice tests are indicative only and do not guarantee performance in any real examination or recruitment process.
• •Users should always refer to the relevant official institution for authoritative exam materials and certification requirements.

Kyprium uses AI systems classified as high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act for the evaluation and ranking of job candidates. We comply with the obligations of Reg. (EU) 2024/1689, in particular:

• Disclosed AI uses: CV scoring & ranking (0–100 fit score with category breakdown), AI skills-test grading, AI cheating-pattern detection, machine translation of job descriptions (EN ⇄ EL/RU), AI Career Coach & Interview Simulator guidance.
• Human oversight (Art. 14): AI outputs are advisory. All hiring, rejection, interview-invitation and shortlisting decisions are made by the employer's human recruiters. Kyprium does not perform fully automated decision-making in the sense of GDPR Art. 22.
• No prohibited practices (Art. 5): we do not perform emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, social scoring, or predictive personality profiling.
• Candidate rights: you may request information about whether you were AI-scored, the meaning of your score and its category breakdown, contest the result, and request a human-only review by emailing info@kyprium.com.
• Logging & documentation (Art. 12 & 19): AI scoring events and breakdowns are logged and retained for at least 6 months (and up to 10 years where required for high-risk-system traceability).
• Bias & data quality (Art. 10): scoring prompts are job-criteria-based only and exclude proxy attributes (age, gender, nationality, marital status, religion, disability). Periodic review of outcome distributions is performed.
• Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors; the English source text of any job posting prevails in case of discrepancy.

Employers using Kyprium remain the deployers of the high-risk AI system under Art. 26 of the AI Act and are responsible for informing candidates, ensuring meaningful human review, and complying with national equal-treatment law.

Kyprium may offer a light arcade-style game in which players choose a Kyp character and catch company logos to discover employers on the platform. The game is optional entertainment and is not part of the recruitment, application, or hiring process.

Some character names, themes, or visual concepts may evoke well-known entertainment properties. These are presented as playful, unofficial references and do not indicate any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, licensing relationship, or approval by the owners of those properties. Kyprium does not claim ownership of third-party names, characters, marks, or other protected elements that may be referenced.

Company names and logos shown in the game belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify employers available on Kyprium. If you believe game content infringes your rights, please contact info@kyprium.com with the relevant details.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Kyprium after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
